FAQ's
Gift vouchers are only available to purchase via our website. The e-gift will be emailed to either yourself or your recipient directly. E-gifts can be sent to anyone with a valid email addressed can be customised with a tailored message.
Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed for their value in advance of any booking or product by contacting the bookings team at your chosen venue and quoting your unique voucher code. They are not redeemable over the bar on the day of your visit.

Gift vouchers are only redeemable against advance bookings for activities. Gift vouchers are not valid to be used against the purchase of drinks, or food from Dirty Birdie.
The gift voucher is valid in both the Cardiff and Bristol Par 59 venue. Our Cardiff venue offers mini golf, interactive darts and turbo shuffleboard, whereas our Bristol venue has mini golf and interactive darts only.
Gift vouchers remain valid for one year from their date of issue to them having been redeemed. After that time, the voucher will automatically no longer be valid.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed in respect of a single visit to Par 59. Unfortunately, no change will be given.
